Automated Pipelines

Get your data
where it needs to be. Automatically.

Data scattered across systems, manual exports, tools that don't talk to each other — we build the pipelines and integrations that sort it out. One source of truth, fully automated, no more copying and pasting.

What's included

The plumbing that makes everything else work.

Data pipelines

Automated ETL/ELT that pulls data from your sources, transforms it, and loads it where it needs to go. Scheduled, monitored, reliable.

System integration

Connecting existing tools via APIs so they share data automatically. Your CRM talks to your finance system. Your ops platform syncs with your reporting. No manual intervention.

Data warehousing

A single, structured place for all your data. Built for reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Designed around what you actually need to see.

Data migration

Moving from one system to another cleanly. Data mapped, validated, migrated, and verified. No data left behind, no broken records.

Quality and monitoring

Automated checks that catch problems before they become problems. Data validation, pipeline monitoring, alerting when something breaks.

IS THIS YOU?

This is for you if:

Your data lives in multiple systems and nobody fully trusts the numbers.

You're exporting and importing data manually between tools.

Your team spends time reconciling spreadsheets instead of using the data.

You need a data warehouse but don't have the engineering resource to build one.

Your existing systems don't talk to each other and it's creating gaps.

You're migrating to a new system and need the data moved cleanly.

Where this leads

Getting the data right is often the first step.

Once the data is clean and flowing, the question changes. Instead of "where's that number?" it becomes "what can we do with this?" That's where AI-powered systems and automation come in — and the data infrastructure we build here is the foundation.

FAQs

Common questions.

What is a data pipeline?

A data pipeline is an automated process that takes data from where it lives (your CRM, finance system, spreadsheets, APIs), transforms it into a usable format, and loads it where it needs to go (a data warehouse, a dashboard, another system). It replaces the manual export-import-reconcile cycle.

Why do we need a data warehouse?

If your data lives in five different systems and nobody trusts the numbers, you need a single source of truth. A data warehouse brings all your data together in one structured place — built for reporting, analytics, and decision-making. It means everyone works from the same numbers.

How long does a pipeline project take?

Simple integrations can be live in 2–4 weeks. A full data warehouse build with multiple sources typically takes 6–12 weeks. We prioritise the highest-value data sources first so you see results early.

Can you connect to our existing systems?

Almost certainly. We integrate with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), finance systems (Xero, Sage, NetSuite), ERPs, marketing platforms, booking systems, and custom databases. If it has an API or can export data, we can connect to it.

What happens when a pipeline breaks?

Every pipeline we build includes automated monitoring and alerting. If data stops flowing, a source changes format, or a quality check fails, the system flags it immediately. Problems get caught before they affect your reporting.

We're migrating to a new system — can you help move the data?

Yes. Data migration is one of our core services. We map the data from old to new, validate it, migrate it, and verify everything arrived correctly. No data left behind, no broken records, no six months of parallel running.

Is this just ETL?

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) is part of it, but we deliver more than just data plumbing. We design the data architecture, build the transformation logic around your business rules, set up quality monitoring, and make sure what comes out the other end is actually useful for decisions — not just technically correct.
