Effective date: 5 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how N-Zyte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://n-zyte.co.uk.
For the wider context of how we handle personal data, see our [Privacy Policy](https://n-zyte.co.uk/privacy-policy).
N-Zyte Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and (where you have given consent) tailor marketing.
This policy also covers similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, local storage, and SDK identifiers, which serve equivalent functions to cookies.
When you first arrive at our site, our cookie consent banner (provided by Cookiebot) asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
You can change your decision at any time:
- Re-open the consent banner using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer
- Withdraw consent or make a complaint by emailing governance@n-zyte.co.uk
- Block or delete cookies using your browser's privacy settings — see https://www.aboutcookies.org for browser-by-browser guidance
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal — we honour these where technically supported
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site cannot function without them. Everything else is opt-in.
Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), non-essential cookies require your prior consent. We rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR for any non-necessary cookie.
We group cookies into four categories. Specific cookies in each category are listed below. Cookie names, durations, and providers are accurate as of the effective date above; the live list may evolve as the site changes — the latest version is always available in our Cookiebot consent dashboard on request.
Required for the site to function. Set without consent under PECR Regulation 6(4) (the strict-necessity exemption).
Remember choices you make to personalise the site (for example, language).
Help us understand how visitors use the site. Set only after you accept the "Statistics" category.
Used to measure the effectiveness of, and (where applicable) deliver, advertising. Set only after you accept the "Marketing" category.
We do not currently run paid advertising or retargeting campaigns. As such, the live site does not currently set any marketing-category cookies. If we add a marketing tool in future, this section will be updated and your consent will be re-requested via the Cookiebot banner.
Some pages embed third-party content (for example, the Calendly booking widget). When you interact with embedded content, that third party may set its own cookies. We list the providers below; for full cookie details, refer to each provider's own cookie policy.
The third parties named in this policy act as sub-processors to N-Zyte Ltd for the personal data they process via cookies. The full vendor register, including the data processing agreements in force and the international transfer mechanisms (UK SCCs / IDTA / UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), is available on request from governance@n-zyte.co.uk.
International transfers to the United States rely on:
- UK Standard Contractual Clauses (UK Addendum to the EU SCCs), or
- The UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient has self-certified, or
- The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA)
Each cookie's lifetime is shown in the tables above. After that point the cookie is deleted automatically by your browser. Server-side analytics records derived from cookie data are retained as set out in our Privacy Policy under "How long we keep your data".
We may update this policy when the site's cookie use changes. The Effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Where changes are material, we surface the consent banner again so you can review your choices.
