The client

Olive Communications (now part of the Onecom group) is one of the UK’s leading Cloud Managed Service providers. With a focus on creating “simply brilliant customer experiences”, Olive design and deliver state-of-the-art, cloud-based communication and contact centre solutions for businesses across Britain.

Having acquired several major new customers, Olive’s leadership team knew it was time to optimise operations across the business. By unleashing their data, Olive hoped to:

The solution

Our consultants designed and implemented a new system that enables Olive to automatically consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources across the business. This has helped Olive reconcile historical revenue against receipts and identify several instances of outstanding material incomes.

Additionally, we deployed a suite of automated dashboards to support ongoing revenue assurance, saving the finance team hundreds of hours every month.

The results

Olive now has instant access to third-party data as soon as it becomes available. Historically, this had taken up to 15 days. The system notifies all stakeholders directly through the company’s internal communications software, ensuring business insights remain within the company’s existing environments.
